"Rosneft" upheld in the courts access to the pipeline "Sakhalin-2", but only on the spare capacity of the gas pipeline. For the construction of "Rosneft" of the plant need to pump at least 8 billion cubic meters of gas per year, which will require expanding the Trans pipeline.
