Third Russian: new names may appear in the Skripal case

Czech media said that Sergey Skripal had been monitored by the Russian special services since at least 2014. Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, who were subsequently accused of attempted murder in Salisbury, flew behind him to Prague. Petrov and Boshirov flew to Prague on the morning flight of Aeroflot on October 11, 2014. According to the Czech media, from October 13 to 16, Petrov stayed at a hotel in the city of Ostrava and then returned to the capital of the Czech Republic. Skripal visited the country in the second half of October.

The Czech State Security Service and the National Center for Combating Organized Crime did not officially confirm the possible surveillance of Skripale, citing a pan-European investigation.

According to "Fontanka", the information background of the Western media envelops 45-year-old Sergey Fedotov. In January-February 2014, he traveled to the Czech Republic at the same time as Alexander Petrov. Fedotov, Boshirov and Petrov then used 64-series passports with similar numbers.

In addition to Prague, Kiev, Milan and Geneva, Sergey Fedotov visited London at least three times - in March 2016, March 2017, and March 2018. The last time he arrived in the UK was on March 2, like Petrov and Boshirov, but on another flight, and flew away on the 4th, on the day of the attempt, with them. This information was available from Scotland Yard from the very beginning, but for some reason it was decided to hold it. It was convenient to tell about Boshirov and Petrov in one “file”, as they were captured together with video cameras from Salisbury and Gatwick Airport, while Fedotov moved autonomously.

According to "Fontanka", Sergey Fedotov is perfect for the role of the third suspect. In Russia, there are no decorated real estate, transport and mobile numbers, it is not in social networks and databases of enforcement proceedings. The number of his current passport for one or two digits differs from documents issued to Russian citizens, who indicated their place of registration as Khoroshevskoye Highway, 76, the headquarters of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Ministry of Defense. Obviously, Fedotov will be officially announced sooner or later, and private investigators, according to the canon of Petrov-Boshirov, will be revealed through publications by his real name and biography.
