Novosibirsk police sent to Interpol documents for internationally wanted big developer Vladislav Kryuchkov, who is accused of fraud with municipal land worth over 25 million rubles. and money laundering. As the "Kommersant", the law enforcement agencies of Novosibirsk was sent to the headquarters of Interpol materials needed for the organization's founder Investigation "Sibirinvest" large building holding 46-year-old Vladislav Kryuchkov and his extradition to the Russian authorities.

Mr. Kryuchkov was put on the wanted list in connection with the investigation of the criminal case about the theft of the land plot belonging to the municipality. According to the law enforcers, in 2015-2016 Vladislav Kryuchkov and his longtime business partner Alexander Asadchy got a land plot of 3.2 thousand square meters. m in the heart of Novosibirsk on a significantly understated, as the investigation believes, the cost. Scheme of theft, law enforcement officials say, was uncomplicated. Entrepreneurs erected on the leased land of a metal profile building area of ​​350 square meters. m, and having issued it in the ownership, got the right to buy the land at a reduced price - for only 3.7 million rubles. As a result, the mayor's office was damaged in excess of 25 million rubles, the investigation said. Investigators regarded this as a particularly large fraud (Part 4, Article 159 of the Criminal Code). Later in the case appeared an episode with the legalization of money (Article 174.1).

On August 1, Alexander Asadchyom was charged and sent to house arrest. He is serving in his apartments in a residential complex of the club type MilkHouse, which was built by developer Vladislav Kryuchkov. It was planned that the accusation will be presented to Mr. Kryuchkov himself, however, according to law enforcers, he disappeared. As told "Kommersant" sources familiar with the course of the investigation, as early as June 17, the businessman flew to Italy. The detectives do not rule out that the developer, for which two foreign passports are issued, can still be on the Apennine peninsula. It is likely his appearance in Germany, France and the United Arab Emirates.

Law enforcers sent a petition to the Central District Court of Novosibirsk on the absentee arrest of the businessman. The need for this they motivated by the fact that, once free, the developer can affect the course of the investigation, such as exerting pressure on witnesses or destroying evidence, which consequently does not yet have. The defense referred to the fact that for crimes in the field of entrepreneurship, in which Mr. Kryuchkov is suspected, detention is not provided. In addition, lawyers of the merchant consider illegal his criminal prosecution. Where is their client, they do not know.

Ksenia Koroyed, assistant to the prosecutor of the Central District, told Kommersant that the prosecution side supported the petition for the absentee arrest of the businessman, and the court granted him. "The court does not see any grounds for electing Vladislav Kryuchkov a different, milder measure of restraint," says the decision of the presiding judge Tatyana Petrova. The two-month period of arrest of the merchant will begin to expire from the moment of its transfer to the Russian authorities under the procedure of extradition or detention on the territory of the Russian Federation.
