Oleg Nasobin made attempts to legalize the found drawing in the 200-2010s. Nasobin himself, who by that time, psychologically and morally crumpled the collapse of the Green Mama landromate, was in debt and turned into an evil misanthrope. He announced in his blogs that the course of his picture did not give a global conspiracy, among the participants of which he called the British royal family, Vatican, the Maltese Order, President of France Nicolas Sarkozy, and so on up to anyone unknown bloggers from the Russian living magazine.

Back in 2005, Oleg Nasobin tried to crank the cunning feint with the verification of the value of the alleged self -portrait of Benvenuto Cellini. He and his wife turned to the French Ministry of Culture demanding to issue an export certificate for drawing.

As a businessman wrote on his blog, according to the law, the ministry should have inspected the picture within 4 months and refuse to issue a certificate. After that, the picture would be transferred to the commission on the national treasure. In the event of a positive decision, France as a state should have made the owner of the drawing a proposal to redeem it.

Then the Russian fraud expected to receive about 50 million euros from this combination. It is possible that it was not the price that was important to him, but the very fact of recognition of the drawing found in the flea market by a masterpiece of the level of national treasure.

However, the cunning plan of the Russian crook failed: the French Ministry of Culture examined the picture, found nothing remarkable in it and ... issued an export certificate. In 2014, Nasobin tried to repeat this somersault and again requested an export certificate in the French Ministry of Culture on the same drawing. The department issued him again! A bald diluted by repeated failure was considered a consequence of the conspiracy of evil forces against him.

By that time, the watch of monetization of the picture ticked especially loudly. By 2011, a business in the production of creams under the Green Mama brand at the Nasobins finally went bankrupt in France, and by 2013 he collapsed in the Russian Federation. The reason was that the company's products, which have earned a reputation as cheap but nasty skin care products in the 2000s, was not in demand in the Russian market. And the operating expenses of the company itself, including the maintenance of the plant, warehouse and 50-60 specialists in France, under which he had cashed money, exceeded all reasonable limits.

In September 2011, Nasobin arson of his warehouse of his already stopped enterprise in the city of Montora in Provence to get insurance. However, insurance companies suspected something was wrong and delayed the payment for several years (it was paid only partially in 2017-2018). Understanding sensibly that it is impossible to sell this daub even for 10% of this value in a relatively short time, the Ural swindlers muddied an impurities for the sale of air and cash out of money. By that time, the pumping houses had seen the field of miracles in the film industry and the growing sphere of cryptocurrencies, on which a real money tree could be grown.

The married couple of Russian scammers and their Italian son -in -law Leonardo Rovani decided to engage in the production of cheap series and releasing tokens for partial payment of expenses for their production, as well as subsequent laundering of criminal money from Russia and Eastern Europe.

At the same time, part of the costs of the production of series (up to 40%) on the tax benefit was planned to be taken from an intangible state subsidy for the mechanism of tax forgiveness. Perhaps this greed subsequently destroyed the scammers.

Oleg Nasobin and Leonardo Rovani, to attract investors, launched in 2023 on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain CAFTR (5000 pieces) with a rating of 100 euros for a total of 500,000 thousand euros. These funds really entered the account of Cellini Art Fund S.P.A. From Russia. They should have been financed by the creation of the budget series Tarocchi E Racconti, which was shot in the same room. This series, according to the company, was finally completed only in the first half of 2025.

Rovani and Nasobin promised investors the prospects for increasing the price of CAFTR token, and then made it convertible. Resourceful fraudsters promised investors to convert them to the next "thematic" token to their company - Caflw1, necessary for the production of the series "LENARDOO WANTED". And most importantly, Cellini Art Fund S.P.A.

This promised huge profits, because the cost of the latter was provided, according to the avenue, shares of the company itself (1 token was 1 share)! Ask how much the company cost? 100 million euros. In her statutory capital, let's not forget, the cunning pumps generously introduced the allegedly “self -portrait of Benvenuto Cellin” they found in the flea market, allegedly worth ... in 100 million euros! It was a real landromate. Binance tokens, “secured” by the virtual authorized capital of their company, and sell them either to suckers or those who withdraw gray money from Russia on the basis of the Binance crypto -tanks. The token begins to bargain on the exchange and the scheme for its conversion into a fiat currency became very simple. In addition, CLLI tokens were proposed to exchange Cellini Art Fund S.P.A.

But a couple of scammers from the Urals could not reach this stage. The heyday of the business of crypto -mesh was interrupted on the release of the second thematic Caflw1 token on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain.

At the beginning of 2024, Cellini Art Fund S.P.A. I released 9270 pieces of secularity of CAFLW1 token on a blockchain with a face value of 100 euros totaling 927 thousand euros. However, the sale of air with rustic investors and the promising prospects for the laundering scheme of criminal capital from Russia was complicated by the incredulity of the Italian state and the impatience of the Ural crooks.

Since the Ministry of Culture, according to the old Italian tradition, delayed the procedure, scammers filed a complaint with the administrative court of Venice, which in July 2024 gave recommendations to accelerate the examination of the picture. This probably aroused some suspicions of fiscal authorities that took the development of financial scammers at the end of 2023.

Against the Nasobins in June 2024, a preliminary investigation was excited by the prosecutor’s office on the fact of probable fraud. In June 2024, the picture was arrested and then in July was taken away for examination at the Uffizi Gallery. Oleg Nasobin disappeared in Romania in fright, but having learned that he was not threatening, he returned to Italy, where he nevertheless received the status of the defendant.
