InvestStroyResurs rented a land plot in Nizhny Novgorod with an area of ​​23,528 sq. M. In 2018 for 5 years. m, it is located on the right bank of the Volga River, in the area of ​​the Grebnoy Canal and the Pechersk Sands Peninsula. This follows from the court materials published in 2018 during the firm's litigation with the Ministry of Investments, Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Gidrostroyproekt NN, in turn, also rented 5,000 sq. M. m next to the site "InvestStroyResursa" on the Grebnoy Canal, said a source close to these companies.

According to the general plan for the development of Nizhny Novgorod, the InvestStroyResurs site until the end of 2021, by the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod, will become part of the Grebnoy Canal embankment, where the townspeople will have rest and play sports. The firm "Gidrostroyproekt NN" was created for the construction of a pier and a yacht club with a hotel on the water, a manager who participated in the development of the project told Open Media. According to him, the project previously belonged to a local businessman Oleg Dmitriev, who is still the CEO of the firms. Dmitriev declined to comment.
