PASMI found in Gelendzhik the dachas of the sons of the head of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, and next to them is the house of the nine-year-old daughter of the head of the All-Russian Federal Sports Service Dynamo Vladimir Strzhalkovsky. It also turned out that an official with rich posts and career scandals has business interests in this city: people close to the family of a former KGB officer plan to start building a yacht club and are already opening a network of beer pubs. These interests can be easily explained: in the next few years, tens of billions of rubles are planned to be invested in Gelendzhik, and the families of Chemezov and Manturov, as well as Mordashov, Pumpyansky and Timchenko, are investors.

Seaside investments

After the Crimean events of 2014, the Russian elite is increasingly growing into the ground, and in the mainland. Some officials came under sanctions after the Peninsula joined Russia a priori, while others are afraid of these sanctions. Anyway, rest in Courchevel is becoming an increasingly risky and unpatriotic way to manage your time and money. At the same time, Russian officials are not in a hurry to invest in Crimea. Gelendzhik became a quiet haven for the Russian elite.

The head of the Department of Investments and Entrepreneurship of the Krasnodar Territory, Yuri Volkov, at the end of 2018 called Gelendzhik one of the most attractive areas for investors. Over the past decade, the richest businessmen in Russia have really invested in the resort city. It all began with the reconstruction of the airport by Oleg Deripaska’s Basic Element structures in the early 2000s.

Then, the Chemezov-Manturov clan came to Gelendzhik: relatives of Rostec and Minpromtorg executives started building a four-star Primorye hotel on the site of a sanatorium for deaf-and-dumb, in the future they plan to build another hotel complex and parking for yachts worth 12 billion rubles.

In addition, local authorities agreed to build a golf club for 2 billion rubles: Gelendzhik Golf Resort LLC will take care of it, for which the leaders of the Forbes rating have invested in the authorized capital through large holding companies such as Severstal and Eurochem. These are Dmitry Pumpyansky, Alexey Mordashov and businessmen close to Roman Abramovich.

The project also involves Oleg Kustikov, who is close to the family of Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova and, as follows from the SPARK-Interfax database, one of the world's largest producers of mineral fertilizers, Acron GC, Vyacheslav Akron. Stroytransgaz by Gennady Timchenko, with the Government’s suggestion, will develop the coastal and maritime infrastructure of the port.

Beautiful property

Not far from the hotel "Primorye" plot of 1.7 hectares on the first coastline, where since Soviet times was part of the sanatorium named after M.V. Lomonosov, last fall, “for personal needs,” went to Inge Karimova, daughter of the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin. The story received publicity in the media, after which the plot worth 251 million rubles was copied to Muscovite Andrei Dubrovkin, involved in fraud with bank cards.

The headquarters of Navalny in Krasnodar in the investigation of the former mayor of Gelendzhik Viktor Chrestin noted that there is also an “analogue of the Moscow-based Rublyovka” in the city. All on the same coastline, close to the “former” section of Karimova, along the street with the saying name Beautiful, Khrestin’s relatives, as well as the daughter of State Duma Deputy Vladimir Sinyagovsky and United Russia deputy Pavel Zavalny, have got houses and lots.

PASMI, having studied the extracts from Rosreestr, found that the children of the former director general of Norilsk Nickel, and now the head of the Dynamo All-Russian Sports Society Vladimir Strzhalkovsky and the head of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, settled next to them.

The top manager of Gazprom Neft, Andrei Patrushev, and his brother, Russian Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, have two land plots with a total area of 1600 square meters and a cadastral value of 12 million rubles on the first coastline. The cottages on them are visible on the Google map, but they are not yet registered with Rosreestre.

To understand what their approximate cost is, you can rely on an ad from the site CIAN. By the time of publication of the publication there was one announcement - the sale of a two-storey cottage of 308 square meters. m with “premium furniture made of solid wood made in the USA and Italy” right in front of the Patrushev possessions. The seller hopes to earn 110 million rubles on the transaction.

Neighbor Patrushev and owner of a three-story cottage area of 449 square meters. m with a cadastral price of more than 20 million rubles was a nine-year student of the Pavlovsk gymnasium Vanda Vladimirovna Strzhalkovskaya.

KGB, Dynamo and yachts

Vladimir Strzhalkovsky - an odious person. He comes from Leningrad, served in the KGB, in the 90s he was engaged in the tourism business. In 1999, he joined the government of the Russian Federation, and since then has worked there in various positions. In 2004, he became the head of the Federal Agency for Tourism, then moved to the position of CEO of Norilsk Nickel, was a representative of the interests of Russians in the Bank of Cyprus. The last refuge of Strzhalkovsky was the Dynamo VFSO. His name appeared more than once in the context of scandalous stories.

One of them was told to Fontanka.ru: it was about a raider seizure by the family of Strzhalkovsky land under the Krestovsky yacht club in St. Petersburg and more than 40 pontoon berths. The bottom line was that the general director of the company that rented the land borrowed money from an offshore company from the British Virgin Islands, after which the rights to claim the debt were transferred to another offshore. Both companies were associated with Norilsk Nickel when it was led by Strzhalkovsky. The corporate dispute still lasts: Natalia Strzhalkovskaya, who is called the wife of Strzhalkovsky, is suing her business partners who have accused the family of raiding.

Strzhalkovskys have an interest in yachting not only in Petersburg, but also in Gelendzhik. As PASMI found out, the structures connected with the family of the ex-official master there to develop land for building a yacht club. Companies affiliated with the former head of Rostourism also develop the tourism industry, opening restaurants and pubs in the Krasnodar Territory (and not only).

Through pubs and offshore

A yacht club in Gelendzhik is planned to be built near the Kempinski hotel and the Black Sea-2 quarter, which is built up by the family of ex-mayor of Gelendzhik and State Duma deputy Sergei Ozerov.

Land for these purposes is given to two companies - Talisker and Tsarskaya Ohota LLC, follows from the data of the Federal Register of Russian Registers. Talisker, according to SPARK-Interfax, is owned by former Krasnodar officials - Aram Ovanesov from the Social Security Administration in Lazarevsky District of Sochi and Lev Khalatov from the Gelendzhik City Hall.

Talisker owns Regaliter Services Inc. offshore companies. and Soryam Finance Corp., featured in the raider seizure of the yacht club in St. Petersburg. Now the company’s beneficiary is Cyprus Nomvia Holdings Limited, and Alexander Bogdanov is directly in charge. At the end of 2018, he was appointed head of the Dynamo-Center Autonomous Non-Profit Organization, a structure of the Dynamo WFSO, which, we recall, is headed by Strzhalkovsky.

In Cyprus Nomvia Holdings Limited, the beneficiary of "Taliskera", the head specified Roger Frick. He heads the Grand Venue Investments Ltd., registered in Cyprus. In Gelendzhik, this offshore has a "daughter" - LLC "Park". The company is headed by Aliy Gambramov. By the way, back in 2002, Park LLC allowed to rent forest fund parcels worth 3 billion rubles to create an amusement park, but a large-scale project has not yet been implemented.

Prior to working at the Park, the Gamobrams were managed by G-Park LLC, which was owned by Yuri Sukhin. The businessman has several other companies registered in the Krasnodar Territory: Irish Pub O Hara, Cafe Mayak and Scottish Pub MacLeod.

Sukhina's business partner is Igor Demidov, who has a lot in common with the Strzhalkovsky family. With the son of the head of Dynamo, Yevgeny, he established the Valor of Ages interregional public organization, and with their cousin Irina Strzhalkovskaya they have a network of pubs in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Sochi.

Their names are exactly the same as the names of Krasnodar companies. For example, Demidov with Strzhalkovskaya kept "Irish Pub O Hara" in Moscow, near the metro station Baumanskaya. They also registered a patent for the Scotland Yard English Pub. The pub was located on Petrovka, 34, but since January 19, 2019 it is closed. The total revenue of the two companies Irina Strzhalkovskaya and Demidov in 2017, as calculated by PASMI, based on the data of “SPARK-Interfax”, exceeded 122 million rubles.

Whose Kepminski?

A curious detail: the land under the Kempinski hotel, according to the Federal State Statistics Service, is leased by Investgroup-Hotel LLC. The organization is a member of Investgroup CJSC, the losses of which are estimated at millions of rubles. 50% of the company's shares belong to Komi-born Leonid Rochev, who, according to PASMI sources, was convicted of tax evasion. Now Invest Group Hotel is bankrupt subsidiary of Invest Group CJSC.

From 2010 to 2012, the head of the Investgroup Hotel was Aga-Kerim Aliyev, a business partner of Vladimir Kantorovich, the co-founder of Dynamo Direct Investment, the management company Dynamo headed by Strzhalkovsky. Kantorovich, by the way, was the general director of LLC Park, who planned to build attractions on the lands of the forest fund.
