In the file of the Meshchansky Court there is information about the arrest of Yu. A. Malyshev (the surname and initials coincide with the surname and initials of the Deputy Chief of the Administration of the Federal Air Transport Agency) in the case instituted in part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code (taking bribes). The arrested person faces a fine of up to 5 million rubles, as well as imprisonment for up to 15 years.
"We are aware of the initiation of a criminal case from a request of the investigative authorities regarding the transfer of materials necessary for the investigation," a representative of Rosaviatsia told Vedomosti. The Office handed over all the necessary materials to the investigation, he said.
