The hotel chain in Perm, Kirov and Yekaterinburg, formerly run by structures close to the ex-governor of the Kirov region, Nikita Belykh, has a new management company. These facilities, which now operate under the Hilton brand, will change the sign to Four Elements Hotels before the end of 2018. The new network is currently negotiating the accession of six more facilities, including those located in Europe.
Perm hotel Hilton Garden Inn Perm will soon replace the sign and will work under the new brand Four Elements Hotels, the company told Kommersant. At the rebranding stage there are also the Double Tree by Hilton in Yekaterinburg and the Hilton Garden Inn in Kirov. The site Four Elements already has information about hotels in Perm, Yekaterinburg and Kirov. In the second quarter of 2019 it is planned to join the fourth hotel in the Moscow region - Four Elements Hotel Borodino. Also, at the moment, negotiations are underway to join six more facilities, including those located in Europe.
The site 4ehotel.ru was registered on June 25, 2018 by LLC Ele Element Hospitality (FEH). This company was registered in Moscow in November 2018 by Oleg Zykin, who, according to SPARK-Interfax, previously headed and owned LLC Norvik Consult, and is also the general director of Baltix. The last legal entity was established in 2013 - Norvik Bank JSC. Mr. Zykin told Kommersant that the new management company has nothing to do with Norvik Bank.
The owners of hotels in Perm, Kirov and Yekaterinburg were previously structures that were considered close to the Business Contact group, which managed the assets of the former governor of the Kirov region, Nikita Belykh. All three facilities were pledged to Norvik Bank, which several years ago allocated $ 20 million to the network structures in the form of a loan.
Hotels in Perm, Yekaterinburg and Kirov previously managed the UK BS Hospitality Management. It was established in 2008. This year the arbitration court of Permsky Krai recognized BS Hospitality Management (renamed Hotel Hotel Service) bankrupt on the application of the Federal Tax Service for the Industrial District of Perm. The owner of BS Hospitality Management was its director Sergey Stashkov. Until recently, Mr. Stashkov also headed the OOO "BSHM Plus" (renamed the "Hospitality House"), which is now engaged in operational activities for the management of the hotel business. As explained earlier by Mr. Stashkov, the company operates hotels of the Hilton family in Kazan and Orenburg, as well as a number of projects that it "so far does not advertise much." Objects under the Hilton brand in Perm, Yekaterinburg and Kirov, according to him, to the Criminal Code and to him personally now have nothing to do.
Perm hotelier Alexander Polev assumes that the brand change may be related to economic reasons: "Work under the Hilton sign is, as a rule, work on a franchise. A franchise contract means additional costs. This is a considerable interest that must be paid out of profits. " Mr. Polev believes that the transition from international to a new brand will not reduce the occupancy of the hotel: "Loading depends primarily on the level of service and staff. If the standards of service are maintained, attendance will not fall. "
