As it became known to Kommersant, the Investigation Committee of Russia (KKR) filed an official accusation against the criminal authority Aslan Gagiev (Dzhako), recently extradited from Austria. In the case of Djako, suspected of organizing 60 murders, while there were a dozen criminal episodes with which the Austrian authorities agreed. However, they will be more than willing to spend a lifetime. The "authority" with the version of the investigation does not agree.

According to Kommersant, the investigators of the main investigative department of the TFR in the North Caucasus Federal District accused Aslan Gagiyev of organizing a criminal association (part 1 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), several gangs that were part of it (Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), and six premeditated murders (Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Most of the crimes were committed in North Ossetia, where the OPS was based. One of the killer's victims, according to investigators, was Oleg Oziev, deputy prosecutor of the Industrial District of Vladikavkaz, who was shot dead in 2013 in the courtyard of his own house. The crime, according to the investigation, was due to the execution of the supervisor's duties. The other victims mainly refer to internal disassembly in the TSO, during which stripping operations were carried out. Another victim was a local entrepreneur, who had been unflattering about Jaco, who, by order of him, was soon shot. The executors of the majority of crimes have already received terms, including in a special order, describing the role of Aslan Gagiev who participated in them. "Authority" was declared wanted in late 2014, and soon detained in Austria.

Other crimes of the FSO, including the killing of owners of the National Capital bank Dmitry Plytnyk, Sodbiznesbank and the bank Credittrust Alexander Slesarev, the chairman of the bank Kutuzovsky Oleg Novoselsky, as well as the former owner of the German shipyards Wadan Yards Andrei Burlakov, The NCFD, with the support of operational services, was disclosed after Austria began to consider a request for issuing "authority." Russian investigators did not change the charge, so as not to delay the proceedings. However, the Austrian courts decided to study the documents received from the Russian Federation in the most thorough way, returning the extradition case to a new trial for any reason. As a result of the Russian killer number 1 was issued only on June 20.

Aslan Gagiev was identified in the SIZO, where he was charged with committing particularly serious crimes. According to Kommersant sources, "authority" did not acknowledge their guilt, and to give testimony on the advice of his lawyers abstained until they thoroughly examined the documents of the investigation. The incriminated acts are more than enough for life imprisonment. It is already obvious that "authority" will appear several times before the court, but the Austrian authorities will have to agree to bringing him to criminal liability for new charges.

By the way, it was not necessary to elect a new preventive measure for Dzhako: at the request of the SKS SKR SKFO he was arrested in absentia by the court for two months from the moment of actual detention on the territory of the Russian Federation or extradition from another state.
