Investigative agencies of the Main Investigation Department of the TFR in Moscow opened a criminal case on grounds of crime under Part. 1, Art. 105 of the Criminal Code ( "Murder"). Checking the CCTV cameras installed in the house, investigators found that 12 July Rybakin Andrew returned home, accompanied by a certainhis young man. And both were heavily drunk.

"As a result of well-planned and carried out investigative actions and operational-search measures on suspicion of committing the crime detained a friend of the deceased - a resident of Moscow", - reported in the TFR. It appeared to be a certain Anton Hurwitz. According to investigators, in an apartment between Andrew and Anton Rybakina Hurwitz "in communication" was a conflict, which resulted in the suspect and used a baseball bat. According to some data, leaving the apartment, the suspect was armed with a two plate belonging to the victim - they were seized after the arrest.

If the version of the investigation will receive a confirmation, the TFR will appeal to the court for the arrest of Anton Hurwitz.
