Police summoned the neighbors reported that the apartment rented by a journalist, is a suspicious odor. Examining the scene, investigators found that the Andrei Rybakin was killed three days ago. He died from multiple blows to the back of the head that were inflicted with a baseball bat, which belonged to the master.
Investigative agencies of the Main Investigation Department of the TFR in Moscow opened a criminal case on grounds of crime under Part. 1, Art. 105 of the Criminal Code ( "Murder"). Checking the CCTV cameras installed in the house, investigators found that 12 July Rybakin Andrew returned home, accompanied by a certainhis young man. And both were heavily drunk.
"As a result of well-planned and carried out investigative actions and operational-search measures on suspicion of committing the crime detained a friend of the deceased - a resident of Moscow", - reported in the TFR. It appeared to be a certain Anton Hurwitz. According to investigators, in an apartment between Andrew and Anton Rybakina Hurwitz "in communication" was a conflict, which resulted in the suspect and used a baseball bat. According to some data, leaving the apartment, the suspect was armed with a two plate belonging to the victim - they were seized after the arrest.
If the version of the investigation will receive a confirmation, the TFR will appeal to the court for the arrest of Anton Hurwitz.
