Son of Abramovich hired former managers of Bashneft

The message states that Zurtav Resourses will be supervised by Yuri Krasnevsky, appointed to the position of Director for Geology, Andrei Zabolotnov as Deputy Director for Exploration and Vasily Fomichev as Deputy Director for Geology.
Krasnevsky previously worked for Bashneft, the oil company Novy Pyt, businessmen Dmitri Mazurov and Igor Makarov, as well as TNK-BP. The report states that he has more than 30 years of experience in geological exploration and production in Russia. Zabolotnov and Fomichev also have experience working with geological projects.
Zoltav Resourses attracted new specialists as part of its geological exploration program, the press release says. The program includes an assessment of the resource potential of the Carbonian and Devonian structures on the western part of the Onboard Section in the Saratov Region. It was launched in 2017 with the implementation of 3D seismic, following which Zoltav expects to build the first Devonian exploration well in the North Wetlands section of the Mokrouzovsky block.

In the Saratov region, she owns the Bortovaya site and the Western Gas Processing Plant.
Abramovich owns a stake in the company (39.62%) through ARA Capital Limited, the same share through Bandbear Limited belongs to the former shareholder of Sibuglemet, Valentin Bukhtoyarov. Another 4.48% owned by Credition Invest Limited and Eriland Holdings Limited. The beneficiary of Eriland Holdings is the partner of Abramovich David Davidovich, said Interfax.
