In response to a Forbes request, VEB.RF announced that the state corporation, together with National Engineering Corporation JSC, whose chairman of the board of directors is Igor Chaika, was creating a joint venture Engineering.RF LLC, which would participate in “investment projects aimed at creating “turnkey” high-tech facilities, including within the framework of territories with special business conditions; implement the best available technologies; to participate in the creation of high-tech Russian industries in foreign countries, including as part of the implementation of corporate competitiveness programs. ”
The state corporation’s message quoted Chaika saying that he and VEB.RF had been involved in this project for about a year. The strategic goals of the company will be formed “in accordance with the business model and the memorandum on financial policy of VEB.RF”. “An engineering structure of a new format is being created. A source close to VEB told Forbes that the company will also be engaged in information modeling of buildings and structures - this is the creation of three-dimensional models associated with a database, to which time and cost are added as the fourth and fifth dimensions. NIK provides engineering services in industry, it was created by Igor Chaika and the founder of one of the largest engineering centers Eltech SPb Alexei Troshin in April 2018 on the basis of the Technological Engineering Company, which had a different owner, RBC reported.
