The group "Ekoniva" Stefan Dyurra, planning to withdraw production at the expense of new dairy complexes in the Voronezh region for 1.2 thousand tons of milk per day, proposes to independently process all this volume. The company has revised its plans to build a large processing plant with a capacity of more than 500 tons per day, intending to modernize the Anninsky Dairy Plant in the future, and does not exclude the possibility of buying and reprofiling a milk-canning milk factory in Nizhny Kislya. Experts note that the amount of investment in the expansion of a long-standing enterprise will depend on the state of its infrastructure.
About plans "Econiva" to expand the resource base and processing facilities in the Voronezh region, "Kommersant" itself told Stefan Duerr. According to him, now the farms "Econivs" in all regions of the presence produce 1.36 thousand tons of milk per day. About half of the company's raw milk is produced in the Voronezh region. The company is processing 300 tons a day, Mr. Durr clarified. About half of this volume comes from the Anninsky Dairy Plant, which was acquired at the beginning of the year from PepsiCo, about 30 tons - to the first small processing plant in the village of Shchuchye, Liskinsky district, in the same region (the rest - to the Kaluga "Mosmedinyagroprom"). In the Voronezh region, a cheese factory is also being built with a capacity of 60 tons per day. It should be launched before the end of 2018. Investments into it were previously estimated at 600 million rubles.
At the same time, plans to build a large milk processing plant in the Voronezh region with a capacity of 500 to 800 tons per day (it became known in 2015) after the purchase of "Anninsky Milk" were adjusted. "I think that we will develop the Anninsk plant," Mr. Durr told Kommersant. "Soon in the Voronezh region we will produce 1.2 thousand tons of milk, and it would be wrong if the plant processed less." At the same time, specific parameters of the modernization, he said, have not yet been determined: now the details are being discussed. While a restarted enterprise is unprofitable. But the site of the plant allows to expand its capacity, Vasily Avdeev, the head of the Anninsky district, explained to "b" earlier. According to him, the restart of oil and ice cream production lines can lead the company to a capacity of 400 tons per day.
"Econiva" has already invested in the modernization of "Anninsky Milk", but, according to Mr. Durr, these investments were not large-scale: for example, in oil mills 10 million rubles were directed. Now the company produces pasteurized and dried milk, butter, and also restarted the line for the production of ice cream. The Finnish Valio wanted to place its orders at the plant, but until the parties reached an agreement, Mr. Durr clarified.
In the next year and a half, "Econiva" intends to continue the construction of dairy complexes in the Voronezh region. In the structure of the company in the region there are still 26 livestock divisions (including nine new dairy complexes). The next complexes for 2.8 thousand heads of a milch herd each (about 2.2 billion rubles) are beginning to be built in Dobrin, Peskovatka and Petropavlovka of Liskinsky district, Staraya Chigle of Anninsky district, and also not far from Bobrov. Farms in Korshev Bobrovsky district and Bodeyevka Liskinskogo area close to completion. In addition, in early May, Econiva acquired LLC Agrofirma Shipova Dubrava in Buturlinovsky District, which is engaged in plant growing for 10 thousand hectares, and plans to begin construction of another dairy complex in the autumn for 2.8 thousand heads of a dairy herd. Previously, the economy was managed by the MC "Molproekt" (controlled by the SMP Bank). The structure of this company now also includes producers of canned goods (including dairy) LLC Sukhonsky Dairy Plant (Vologda Region) and ZAO Nizhnekislyayskaya Dairy Company (Buturlinovsky District, Voronezh Region).
Following "Shipova Dubrava", "Ekoniva" can acquire and Nizhnekislyayskiy a dairy company, Mr. Durr told Kommersant: "Perhaps we will buy the plant if it is sold cheaply. If we buy, we will produce on it a cream cheese or cottage cheese - we see that it sells well. " Now the company in Nizhniy Kislya can produce up to 8 million conventional cans of vegetable products and up to 2.5 million conditional cans of condensed milk per month. The enterprise has been temporarily suspended from April 2018 because of the need to replace the floor covering, but will continue to produce condensed milk, Kommersant has been told in the regional department of agrarian policy.
Voronezh milk complexes "Econiva" in recent years have supplied raw milk to the structures of Molvest, the Bobrovsk cheese factory, the Danone structures, the Efremovsk oil and cheese combine (Tula region, the structure of the French Lactalis), the Belgorod milk plant (part of the Italian Parmalat). Deliveries of raw materials from these companies are diversified, and "Molvest" is actively building its dairy complexes in the Voronezh region, so only smaller Econiva counterparties can suffer from a shortage of raw materials.
The head of OJSC Moloko (managing the largest independent dairy in the Voronezh region) Vasily Ostroushko notes that the expansion of the plant in Annin will depend significantly on the state of its infrastructure. The managing partner of the Veta expert group Ilya Zharsky emphasizes that the Nizhnekislyansky plant accounts for less than 5% of the Russian market of condensed milk, so its possible redevelopment "is unlikely to affect the alignment of forces and consumer preferences." The average profitability of production of condensed milk and cottage cheese, Mr. Zharskiy, was difficult to compare because of a large share of falsified products on the market. The cost of the Nizhnekislyansky plant, he estimated at no more than a few tens of millions of rubles due to high debt burden. To estimate the cost of the possible expansion of the plant in Anninsky because of the lack of specific parameters, experts found it difficult, but investments in the construction of a dairy plant with a capacity of 500 tons per day were estimated at about 10 billion rubles a day earlier.
