At the request of Russia in Spain, the famous architect Nana Hernandez-Getashvili was detained. She is accused in absentia of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in Moscow of embezzling money in the construction and design works of the mansion in the "palace style" of the general director of the state corporation "Rostekh" Sergei Chemezov and his wife Ekaterina Ignatova. According to the investigation, Hernandez Getashvili received a large sum for work on this facility, but did nothing.

As a source in law enforcement agencies told Rosbalt, Hernandez-Getashvili was detained by the police accidentally during her trip to Spain. It turned out that she was put on the wanted list, and this fact was confirmed by the Russian side, which promised to send documents necessary for extradition in the near future. The situation is complicated by the fact that Hernandez-Getashvili has two citizenships - the Russian Federation and Portugal. As a result, she was released to freedom with the obligation to appear in the police. Now in Spain waiting for documents on the architect from Russia.

According to the investigation, "the person who introduced Hernandez-Getashvili" decided to commit fraudulent actions against Catherine Ignatova and fraudulently received from the latter more than 1 million rubles (this formulation covers more than several million euros). As believe in the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District, for this amount the architect had to carry out the author's supervision of the construction and finishing works of the mansion in the village of Zhukovka near Moscow, and also to purchase interior items. However, the promised was not done, Ignatov did not receive any money back. According to Rosbalt, Sergei Chemezov also took part in solving issues related to construction.

According to the interlocutor of Rosbalt, Chemezov and Ignatova originally conceived a grandiose project. According to their plan, in Zhukovka was to be built a mansion with an area of ​​more than 4 thousand square meters. m with a swimming pool, conservatory, etc. It was envisaged that the height of ceilings in the living room would be 6-8 m, on other floors - 4.5-5 m. Inside the building were to be decorated in a palace style, and the walls and ceilings covered with wooden panels. The interior of the mansion was conceived as follows: inlaid floors, marble mosaic, doors of sandalwood and mahogany. Marble, furniture, plumbing and curtains were delivered from Italy. However, in reality everything went completely out of the picture.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, when the house of the Chemezov family was, in the main, built, Hernandez Getashvili was invited to participate in the project. According to the agreements with his longtime acquaintance Ekaterina Ignatova, the architect carried out exclusively designer control of the object. This control over the size of the rooms, the location of the rooms, the correspondence of the design elements to the project Hernandez-Getashvili. She had no relation to the construction of the house, but could not move to interior works for objective reasons.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, carrying out design control, Hernandez-Getashvili constantly stated the object is unprepared for finishing. The house did not come out of the line of rough work. Accordingly, Nana could not begin her work, although all the necessary materials and interior items had already been purchased in Italy. Several millions of euros were transferred to her in cash. "Nana said that the house is not ready for interior work, so she has" hands tied ". However, the owners did not believe her. All this led to conflicts, especially because of the money already spent on the interiors. The story ended with a criminal case, after the excitement of which Hernandez-Getashvili left for Europe. Then she was indicted in absentia, and then put on the wanted list.

A year ago it was announced that Chemezov and Ignatova had sold their unfinished businessman from Kyrgyzstan to Abdyrashid Akmullayev.

The criminal case of Chemezov's "mansion" is connected in one proceeding with another matter connected with the erection of a cottage for the head of ONEXIM, Dmitry Razumov.

According to the investigation, representatives of InterGals LLC donated $ 3 million to representatives of LLC "GG Cinema" within the framework of certain agreements on work in the cottage settlement "Lyubushkin Khutor" in the Gorki-2 settlement. Allegedly not established representatives of "CNC Cinema" works did not comply, and money could be appropriated.

LLC "En Gin Cinema" belongs to Hernandez Getashvili, the official founders of LLC "Inter-Gals" are two offshore companies. However, the source of Rosbalt, who is familiar with the situation, believes that this firm is connected with Dmitry Razumov, and a luxurious mansion built on the plot of 7 hectares he built in Lubushkinsky Farm was decorated with it. According to the agency's interlocutor, Hernandez-Getashvili had to make internal interiors of the cottage on account of these 3 million dollars, but suddenly Razumov decided to sell the estate.
