Let's start with the property of one of the most important people in Russia - the head of Rostec and KGB colleague Vladimir Chemezov. Like many government employees, his family owns vast lands on Rublevka.

Chemezova's 74-year-old mother-in-law Lyudmila Rukavishnikova owns 8 hectares in the village of Razdor, one of the most expensive places in the Rublevo-Uspensky highway. In 2014, she acquired two land plots there and merged them into one. The house is still under construction: satellite imagery shows that a large mansion is being built on the site and there are many smaller buildings. Rukavishnikova’s neighbors are Sergei Chemezov’s childhood friend, the founder of V Holding Vitaly Maschitsky, a relative of Alexander Mikheev, the head of Rosoboronexport state-owned corporation Rostec (the Open Media wrote about it earlier), and also finance minister Anton Siluanov and First Deputy Minister of Defense Ruslan Tsalikov.

A site of such an area can cost about three billion rubles. Rukavishnikova herself could hardly afford such a waste. She owns several businesses, but they are either unprofitable or brought insignificant income. Sergei Chemezov himself has been working for the state all his life.

Rukavishnikova’s daughter and Chemezov’s second wife, Ekaterina Ignatova, also owns two plots on Rublevka - she has 47 acres in the cottage village “Zhukovka-2”, and their market value is approximately 233 million rubles.

When Chemezov and Ignatova got married, it is not known exactly, but since 2004, Ekaterina has been successfully doing business. She co-founded Kate, an automatic transmission company. It was assumed that they would be installed on cars controlled by Rostec AvtoVAZ, but in the end, a contract was signed with a Japanese company. Ignatova ranks 22nd in the Forbes ranking of “25 Richest Women in Russia 2019”, and her fortune is estimated at $ 180 million.

The 35-year-old son of Chemezov, Alexander, also owns real estate on Rublevka - he has 29 acres in the cottage village of Zhukovka-3 and a house with an area of almost 690 square meters. meters. A plot of the same area with a house is now sold for 440 million rubles. Chemezov’s son is a businessman, now he owns the ZOO Beer & Grill restaurant, along with his son, Rostec deputy head Dmitry Artyakov, and restaurateur Arkady Novikov. Prior to that, he had a business with the head of KamAZ, Sergei Kogogin - "Clinic for Emergency Medicine", but the company was bankrupt.

There is real estate in Rublevka and the first wife Chemezov Lyubov. She has 78 acres in the same place, in Zhukovka-3, and a house with an area of about 580 square meters. meters. The market price of a plot of such an area, excluding buildings, exceeds 250 million rubles.
