McDonald's sells its restaurants and franchises in 13 regions of Russia. Kairat Boranbaev, one of the richest businessmen of Kazakhstan, already owning the chain's franchise in Kazakhstan and Belarus, maybe become the buyer. This is the first major deal of McDonald's as part of the new franchise development strategy.
