The Anti-Corruption Foundation, founded by opposition leader Alexei Navalny, has devoted an investigation to Yuri Trutnev, the plenipotentiary of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District.
In particular, the article says that Trutnev owns a mansion, the market value of which is estimated by FBK at 2 billion rubles. At the same time, his total income, reflected in the declarations, over the past three years amounted to 888 million rubles.
Trutnev's house, according to the author of the investigation, is located in Serebryany Bor, a natural monument in the west of Moscow. “A huge artificial island where dozens of the richest people in Russia live. And it's understandable why - the place is wonderful. It's 15 minutes by car to the center of Moscow, but at the same time you live like in a village: a pine forest, your own beach, peace and quiet. Due to the location and natural conditions, real estate here is more expensive than on Rublevka, ”says Alexey Navalny.
Trutnev's House is a three-story wooden tower with an area of 820 square meters, located at the very edge of the water. There are two more smaller huts on the site - for guests and servants.
In addition, according to the investigation, Trutnev's declaration specifies a land plot of 7019 square meters. In fact, it is stated in the material that the plot is twice as large, since it is connected to the neighboring plot of 6874 square meters.
FBK also talks about Trutnev's mansion in his small homeland - in the Perm Territory. The mansion is located in the village of Lukomorye - in the forest on the banks of the Kama. The Trutnevs' estate, according to the investigation, stretches for almost three hectares, in the depths of the site there is a "branded Trutnevsky terem."
“Construction began here in 2008, and at the same time they were well conspiratorial. The hectares are officially leased by the company, which was first registered as a Cypriot offshore company, and then re-registered with another, Trutnev's eldest son, Dmitry. We also found a fresh court decision: Trutnev's company was in litigation with the local Ministry of Natural Resources - the ministry wanted to increase the monthly rental rate. But nothing came of it. For the next 49 years, Dmitry Trutnev will rent two hectares of land here for only 30 thousand rubles a month, ”the article says.
Plenipotentiary and Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian government Yuri Trutnev recently became the hero of the information agenda in connection with the arrest of the now former governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, Sergei Furgal, and the subsequent protests in Khabarovsk. Alexei Vorsin, the coordinator of Alexei Navalny's headquarters in Khabarovsk, told Znak.com that Furgal's detention was connected with the poor results that the Khabarovsk Territory showed in the vote on amendments to the Constitution. “Furgalu is being charged with a murder organized as early as 2005. Since then, he served two years in the regional duma, 11 years in the State Duma, and until he became governor on a wave of protest moods, the security officials were not interested. Six months ago, a recording of a meeting with Plenipotentiary Envoy Yuri Trutnev was leaked to the network, where Furgalu was blamed for a rating higher than Putin's. Immediately after that, the old business partner of the governor Mistryukov was closed in the pre-trial detention center and the Amurstal plant was squeezed out of Furgal's wife, ”Vorsin reported.
