"Law enforcement agencies often do not take into account the context, do not distinguish the publication from the repost, and equate the image with a dubious joke to really dangerous criminal offenses." "In contact" is obliged to comply with Russian laws and facilitate the search for real criminals, but the social network against unjustified persecution for publications on the Internet, Rogozov points out.

The social network "In Contact" is also under pressure due to the huge number of criminal cases related to the publication of pictures, reposts, the head of the international human rights group "Agora" Pavel Chikov told Vedomosti.

The social network could easily refuse operatives, the human rights activist explained.
