The inspection by the specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor Rubtsovsk Dairy Plant (a branch of Wimm-Bill-Dann, which is part of PepsiCo) may turn into an appeal to the Investigative Committee. The Rosselkhoznadzor is suspected that the company regularly violates the conditions of storage and transportation of milk and insists on instituting criminal proceedings.

About how Ivan Nikiforovich quarreled ... that is, the Rosselkhoznadzor and the company PepsiCo ("Wim-Bill-Dann"), we have already told. Recently, a new chapter in the story about the opposition of the supervisory agency and the Russian representation of the American company began. The Rosselkhoznadzor is preparing to hand over the materials prepared on the basis of the results of the audit to Sledkom, so that they become the basis for the criminal case. This was reported to the press by the official representative of Rosselkhoznadzor Yulia Melano. The administrative case against the company "Wimm-Bill-Dann" Rosselkhoznadzor has already opened.

The main guilty party is the Rubtsovsk dairy plant, but in general the violations recorded concern Wimm-Bill-Dann branches in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Novosibirsk and Omsk regions. The main part of the violations concerns the requirements for the storage and transportation of milk: at the Wimm-Bill-Dann, as the inspections showed, they accepted milk for processing with expired shelf life - stored for more than a day and a half. Pasteurized milk for processing came from branches also overdue, and, as Rosselkhoznadzor points out, in the mode of internal movement - without passing control at the time of acceptance.

Questions from the inspectors were and are not only to milk. In November 2017, the Rosselkhoznadzor drew attention to the fact that antibiotics of the tetracycline group were added to Lambert cheese, which produces "Wimm-Bill-Dann". Followed by an appeal to the prosecutor's office, an unscheduled exit check, as a result, the company was informed that tetracycline raw materials had been sent back. But the troubles are not finished.

"Given that the American company, violating Russian legislation, jeopardized the lives and health of Russian citizens, the service is convinced of the advisability of instituting criminal proceedings against the perpetrators, including the management of PepsiCo company represented by the vice-president for corporate relations of PepsiCo Eastern Europe Sergey Glushkov ", Julia Melano, official representative of the Rosselkhoznadzor.

In December, a new scandal broke out, more loudly: Rosselkhoznadzor accused PepsiCo of illegally accessing government documents, in fact, of commercial espionage. The claims were also made to the personal vice-president for corporate relations of the PepsiCo division in Eastern Europe
Sergei Glushkov - at a meeting of representatives of the National Union of Milk Producers, the top manager demonstrated a document that he could not access. The Office demanded an explanation - how PepsiCo obtained the papers with the stamp "for official use". The fact that the scandal just does not go out, you could guess even then. As well as the fact that the case can be not only in a service letter that fell into the wrong hands, and not only in tetracycline - "Wimm-Bill-Dann", as well as the second milk giant "Danone", opposes the introduction of a unified system control over the passage of agricultural products from the producer to the final consumer, which is informally referred to as the "food EGAIS". And the criminal case threatened by the Rosselkhoznadzor may be just another strong argument in this confrontation.
