Otkrytie Holding excluded its founder and shareholder Vadim Belyaev from the list of affiliates.
In June 2018, Belyaev ceased to be the general director of Otkritie Holding, the company representative recalls. But the holding did not exclude him from the list of affiliated persons, since he took part in corporate events for the appointment of a new CEO - Sergey Shkondinsky.
In December 2018 last year, the head of the holding again changed its head: Andrei Konyaev took the place of Shkondinsky. Belyaev no longer participated in his appointment, so he was excluded from the list of affiliated persons, explains the representative of the Otkrytie Holding.
In total, Belyaev controls 28.6% of the holding's shares, but directly he owns only 4.86% - this is not enough for inclusion in the list of affiliates, the representative of the holding explains.
The main asset of Otkritie Holding was Otkritie FC. However, in August 2017, the Central Bank took the bank for reorganization into the Fund for the Consolidation of the Banking Sector. Together with the bank, Trust, the CWG-Bank, Rosgosstrakh and three non-state pension funds, Lukoil-Garant, the electric power industry and the CWG, withdrew to the fund.
Otkrytie Holding has no board of directors: it abolished this executive body in October 2017 in connection with the approval of the new edition of the company's charter.
