The criminal case, which involves the arrested employee of "Kaspersky Lab" Ruslan Stoyanov and the head of one of the divisions of Information Security Center (CDC) of the FSB Sergei Mikhailov, could be initiated because of the internal conflict in the Russian secret service, told RBC two source close to the leadership FSB.
