Russian billionaire, owner of Millhouse Roman Abramovich has arranged a new year party on one of the Antilles — the island of St. Barts for oligarchs from Russia and CIS countries with participation of such world stars as one of the leaders of the group “Beatles” sir Paul McCartney and the Killers. The concert took place on 1 January, writes Billboard.

Among the guests of the party noted individuals such as Dmitry Rybolovlev, the former owner of “Uralkali”, Len Blavatnik, the billionaire partner of Victor Vekselberg Sual Partners (a shareholder of UC Rusal), Yevgeny Shvidler, the former President of Sibneft, Farhad Ahmadov, the Azerbaijani billionaire, ex-Senator of the Federation Council, the former owner of the gas company Nortgaz, as well as the former President of MTS and member of the Board of Directors of Russian Railways, Vasily Sidorov and owner of Uralskaya Trubnaya metallurgical company Dmitry Pumpyansky.

Roman Abramovich has been happy with the massive cost and scale of new year’s eve party on St. Barts. In different years to perform at these parties they invited groups such as the Rolling Stones and U2.
